Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in working with Future Design Strategies. All consultations, workshops, strategy sessions, and services must be booked in advance through the website or approved scheduling link. Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or calendar invitation. Please review your selected date, time, service, and any preparation details included in your confirmation. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to availability and may require a new booking. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or service. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund or credit. For workshops, trainings, digital products, or downloadable materials, refunds may not be available once access has been granted or materials have been delivered. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not provide notice, the session will be considered a no-show. No-shows may result in forfeiture of payment and may require a new booking and payment to reschedule. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for one-on-one consultations or strategy calls. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, the session may still end at the original scheduled time or may need to be rescheduled. Some services may require an intake form, assessment, questionnaire, or materials to be submitted before the session. If required information is not completed on time, Future Design Strategies may need to adjust or reschedule the service. Virtual sessions will be held through the platform listed in your confirmation email or calendar invitation. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and access to the meeting link before the scheduled time. Booking a service does not guarantee a specific business, financial, leadership, or organizational outcome. Services are designed to provide strategic insight, guidance, education, facilitation, and support based on the information available at the time of service.
